Identifying
and appointing Distributors (Rural Master Franchisees). and Retailers (Rural
Franchisees) in all the areas under his territory creating model stores Build
rapport with the franchisees and motivating them to increase sales Monitoring
and guiding field staff of Distributors towards enabling more RF activations in
order to achieve monthly targets Provide local market information on fast
moving products, local culture, festive habits etc. of the consumers.
Monitoring and reporting competitor's activities to company such as prices,
contests, sales promotions and new product launches. Communicating company's
periodic schemes to franchises and motivating them to achieve higher sales Willingness
to travel 6 days in a week. Ready to re-locate if required by the company
Eligibility:
MBA
(Marketing) 2017 or 2018 pass out
